It evaluates innovative strategies, including the adoption of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain. Using case studies and data analysis, the study emphasizes the need for resilience, sustainability, and ethical decision-making. Finally, it provides actionable policy recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency and preparedness for future crises.
