Abstract
Nurse burnout has become an increasingly critical issue in healthcare, significantly affecting the well-being of medical nurses, patient care, and overall healthcare outcomes. The emotional, physical, and mental toll of burnout leads to reduced job satisfaction, higher turnover rates, and compromised quality of care. This article explores the causes of nurse burnout, its symptoms, and its far-reaching impact on both nurses and healthcare systems.
